There was just a 5.8 magnitude earthquake in the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California, according to the United States geological survey.
Per KTLA, the epicenter of the quake happened about 150 miles north of Los Angeles. It was 20 miles away from the town of Lone Pine, to the southwest.
Hoping all our friends in the California area surrounding this are doing okay today….
Here are some people who tweeted about it:

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake just rocked central California. The epicenter was located about 10 miles south southeast of Lone Pine, CA (in blue). Family members just told me that they felt it in the Los Angeles area, as well as the SF Bay Area. #CAEarthquake pic.twitter.com/1c7OTKodGr
