11 More Kids Shot In Chicago, 1 Dead, Zero New Youth COVID Deaths
I woke up this morning and turned on ABC's Good Morning America and was instantly bombarded with how children are in serious danger from COVID and how that virus is coming for young children. It was the same thing GMA has harped on for the last 3-4 months solid. Day after day.
You know what I didn't see mentioned this morning by George Stephanopoulos and his crew of fear-mongers? Exactly zero mentions of 11 more children who were shot over the weekend in Chicago, including a 12-year-old boy who was reportedly murdered by his own mother when she demanded he give her a missing memory card. The boy swore he didn't have it. Fallon Harris, 37, is now charged with the death of Kaden Ingram after shooting him in the head twice -- oh, and it's on video.
A week ago, OutKick reported that more children in Chicago have been shot this year than have died of COVID in the entire United States. As of the post-Labor Day weekend statistics, Chicago was at 280 children shot in 2021. That number now sits just shy of 300 while the current COVID death number for the entire United States is at 214 for children 0-17.

What's Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot's plan to stop all of this nonsense? She wants to take gang members to court. That's right, Lori wants to litigate against the gang members into oblivion.
"What we are proposing is a tool in civil courts that gives us the opportunity to go after those gangs that are wreaking havoc and in particular, take away the profit motive from them by seizing assets that they have been able to purchase because of their violent activity in our neighborhoods," Lightfoot said during a press conference.
The mayor is expected to announce Tuesday that the city will introduce an ordinance that will allow the city to go after gangs for damages which ultimately the city hopes will result in obtaining assets.

Now keep in mind we're talking about a city where two weeks ago the school system was 400 bus drivers short and the school system identified 100,000 students who were expected to disappear from the school system. That's right, 100k who weren't expected to take part in school this year.
And how exactly is the city going to handle court case after court case against gangs? And how many years will it take to collect from the gangs? And how many people will be murdered between now and then?
