Stephen A. Smith Calls Out Dems For Prosecuting Donald Trump And Acting 'Scared'

Stephen A. Smith isn't a fan of the suppression of Donald Trump by Democrats.

Smith called the ongoing prosecution in New York against the ex-president ‘much ado about nothing’ in a raw and honest rant on his YouTube show on Tuesday. He said Dems look like punks in their New York legal battle.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is a disaster," Smith said. "Somebody needs to tell y’all, so I’m gonna tell y’all."

They're scared because they may not be able to beat him on the campaign trail.

SAS aimed at Democrats for their prosecution of Trump, trying to keep him out of the 2024 presidential run by alleging via a slew of empty charges that he falsified bank records to fund salacious activities.

"It's much ado about nothing," Smith added. "To my liberal friends out there, all you’re doing is showing that you’re scared you can’t beat him on the issues and merits."

Looking at the case, Stephen A. Smith ignored all the political correctness and faulted the Dems for trying to cut corners after a disastrous first term under President Joe Biden. Stephen A. Smith continued, "That’s why he keeps saying, ‘It’s a political campaign against me.’ That’s why he keeps saying, ‘They can’t beat me at the election, at the polls. This is the only way they could do it.’

Stephen A. Smith Talks Politics

The ESPN personality openly spoke about the problems Dems created for themselves and how Trump's persecution in court reeks of a failing political playbook.

"So let me get this straight," he said. "The 45th president of the United States, who’s no longer the president of the United States at this particular moment, is in a courtroom today eight years after he was originally elected because he facilitated hush money to a porn star?

"You got the Oval Office available to you and suddenly you’re not supposed to utilize it?" he asked. "All I want to say is he got with a porn star and tried to hide it while he was campaigning for the highest office in the land and that’s y’all case?"

Smith's speech was pure truth to both Trump's fans and opponents, sounding the alarm on a government setting up kangaroo courts to influence an election. Beneath Smith's advice, the television veteran wanted to wake the Democratic Party out of the progressive funk that's blinded them for the past decade.

Woke is starting to go broke in D.C. — it's always a matter of 'when' not 'if.'
