Joel Dahmen Hilariously Cuts Top Off His Bucket Hat To Match Zurich Partner Keith Mitchell

Many golf fans learned that Joel Dahmen is one of the most entertaining players on the PGA Tour thanks to his appearance on the Netflix documentary "Full Swing." This week, he put that on full-display at the Zurich Classic by trying to match his partner Keith Mitchell's signature look.

Mitchell is one of the few players on the PGA Tour that sports a visor instead of a hat when he plays golf. Personally, I am not a fan of dudes wearing visors. I especially hate it when football coaches do it, but golfers get slightly more grace. SLIGHTLY more.

Joel Dahmen's signature look is that he wears a bucket hat when he plays golf. The bucket hat is much better than the visor.

Not wanting to fully give up his signature look, but also wanting to show his partner that he had his back, Dahmen turned his bucket hat into a bucket visor on Thursday.

It's really hard not to love Joel Dahmen. He's an excellent golfer, obviously, but not one of the top players in the world. One of the best moments during the first season of "Full Swing" was when Dahmen explained that he didn't want to dedicate his life to golf because "somebody's got to be the 70th-best golfer in the world; it might as well be me."

Dahmen is living the dream. He plays golf for a living, and makes a very good living doing that, but doesn't let it dominate his life. Keith Mitchell is an interesting character in his own right, nicknamed "Cashmere Keith" by other players on the PGA Tour thanks to his fashion sense (visor not withstanding).

Seeing those two playing together as teammates for the Zurich Classic is just … well, classic. They're probably the only team that I didn't bet on that I'm actively rooting for in this tournament. Although, I'd really, really like to see Mitchell ditch the visor.
