UFC Fan Has Unexpected Reaction To Being Punched By Fighter

The UFC fan punched by Arman Tsarukyan has no interest in making it a big deal.

Tsarukyan went viral over the weekend when video showed him throwing a punch at a fan during his walkout at UFC 300 before beating Charles Oliveira.

The moment immediately went viral, and Dana White suggested after the event that the UFC was probably going to get sued.

However, that's not going to happen, the fan says.

Fan punched by Arman Tsarukyan takes the blame.

Bloody Elbow identified the fan as Obed Ardon, and spoke with him about the insane moment that shocked the UFC world. He's handling it like a champ after revealing a middle finger is what sparked the incident. There will be no lawsuit and he doesn't even sound mad.

"I’d like to apologize to Arman for provoking him by flipping him off. I was buzzing all day and the moment got to me. It was my first time attending a live UFC event and it was absolutely incredible. I’m glad the incident wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I do want to make clear that I didn’t pull him towards me, yell out offensive words or anything of that nature. I flipped him off nothing else. Congrats to Arman on a great performance and best of luck to him against whoever he fights for the title," Ardon told Bloody Elbow.

Dude gets his world rocked by a UFC fighter, and is the one apologizing. What an incredible world we're living in. As for suing, he made it clear that's not going to happen.

Ardon further told Bloody Elbow, "To answer Dana White’s comments about suing: I will not sue, that never crossed my mind. My first thought was I hope I don’t get kicked out. Thank you Uncle Dana for blessing us with an amazing 300 card… and can you bless me and my brothers up with tickets to UFC 303?"

In an era where people run to lawyers for just about any reason they can think of, it's kind of cool that Obed Ardon is taking it like a champ. He's not trying to play the victim card. He got caught up in the heat of the moment, and honestly, seems to love what happened. UFC fans are just cut from a different kind of cloth. Props to Ardon for not being a loser who sits around and cries for attention. It's the UFC. Grab another beer, get some tickets from Dana and keep the momentum high.
