Thunderous 'USA! USA! USA!' Chant Drowns Out Anti-Israel Protest At Alabama: VIDEO

Some patriots stood their ground at the University of Alabama in the face of protests.

A large anti-Israel/pro-Palestine group gathered Wednesday on campus in Tuscaloosa, and it's just the latest university in the country to deal with protests as the war between Israel and Hamas rages on.

To the credit of everyone at the University of Alabama, the situation wasn't unruly and definitely not like anything people have seen at UCLA or Columbia. I guess people are just more respectful of the rule of law in the SEC.

Alabama students proudly chant "USA! USA! USA!" during protest.

While many students gathered in support of Palestinians, another group gathered to let it be known they stand for freedom and the red, white and blue.

A video shared by Gray Williams showed a loud "USA! USA! USA!" chant drowning out the pro-Palestine protest.

This is simply awesome to see. First, we had the hero frat bros at UNC take a stand for freedom by protecting a fallen American flag, and Wednesday, students at the University of Alabama broke out a "USA!" chant with gusto. There are still a lot of great young people in this country.

What happened in Tuscaloosa is also an important reminder of what free speech and protest are all about. Two sides met in the same area, did their respective chants, talked things out and you know what didn't happen? There was no riot, the cops weren't attacked, students weren't beaten and no university building was taken by force.

Turns out, it's very easy to not break the law while exercising your rights.
