Megan Thee Stallion Sued By Former Cameraman For Allegedly Having Sex With Another Woman In Front Of Him

Rapper, viral first-pitch thrower, apple of Shannon Sharpe's eye, and possible creator of "hot girl summer," Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by a former cameraman.

The cameraman, Emilio Garcia, claims that he worked for Ms. Stallion from July 2018 to June 2023. During that time, he alleges in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles that she created a hostile work environment.

Garcia accuses her of fat-shaming him, misclassifying him as an independent contractor on purpose, and having sex with another woman in front of him.

It's not known if any of these activities were considered part of her hot girl summer or not. One could assume there's some crossover here, but I'll leave those assumptions for someone else.

The alleged sex with another woman took place in June 2022 in Ibiza - depending on which day in June it could have been summer on the island in the Mediterranean Sea.

Back to Garcia's version of events from June 2022.  He claims that he was in a car at the time with Megan and another woman when the two of them had sex right next to him. He also said of the incident that he was told by the rapper "don’t ever discuss what you saw."

Megan Thee Stallion Isn't The Worst Entertainer To Work For

The cameraman's attorneys have weighed in on the allegations made against Megan Thee Stallion and are calling for an end to her inappropriate and illegal behavior.

"Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct," attorney Ron Zambrano said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

"Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. 'Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly.  Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal."

Look, I get where the cameraman is coming from here if what he's saying is true, but it could have been much worse.  He could have worked for Lizzo.
